Staying in a beautifully decorated Twin Room with Bunked Bed and Mountain View was a delight! The breakfast was a good surprise with options like boiled eggs, breads, and fresh fruit that catered to every taste. The view of the Moorish Castle from our room was amazing and elevated our experience.

I thoroughly enjoyed this property - well-kept and newly decorated hotel.

I was upgraded to great-sized double room with comfortable beds.

the family room was spotless and cosy, with an electronic key card, coffee/tea makers and a work desk. the bed was very clean, plus the bathroom was great-sized. location: the hotel was not far from the bus station, the sintra's famous palace and the sintra's tourist places, and a big supermarket.

The vintage decor adds a unique charm. The garden area offers a nice outdoor space to relax, though I couldn't use it for smoking.

There's only one shared bathroom on the same floor as six rooms, leading to frequent waits. The noise level at night from other guests rummaging through food is annoying, so pack some earplugs. The entrance is poorly lit, which nearly caused me to trip and hit my head. Initial access was a hassle. The provided gate code didn't work, resulting in a confusing series of attempts to get in. Even afterward, getting the room door to cooperate was a challenge, leaving us stuck and unable to reach the host for assistance.

The atmosphere was peaceful, complemented by lovely garden spaces. Breakfast was bountiful, featuring fresh fruits and various breads, perfectly tailored to our dietary needs by the attentive Barbara.

The so-called vintage charm is just a cover for poor maintenance. There was only one toilet working on a different floor, and the bathroom was shared. I expected some red carpet treatment after such an embarrassing check-in, but alas, none appeared. Oh, and don't forget about parking tickets while you leave your bags, lovely! I almost considered a better rating but just couldn't.

Noise from surrounding areas disrupted sleep at night!!! The building is very dark at night!!! Overcrowding in shared bathrooms. Heating issues left rooms a bit cold!!!

Spent a night here, and the location was prime! Just a few mins walk to the bus stop to catch a ride to Pena Palace. The vintage decor gives it an inviting feel, and breakfast was a good assortment. Just a heads up, the thin doors meant I could hear a bit more than I'd prefer at night.

It was just a nice choice for a mini-break over the weekend in Sintra with good price-value balance. The breakfast spread was fresh and tailored to my dietary preferences, a lovely start to my day. Check the bathroom availability during peak times to avoid waiting.
